Terms of Service

1. Who we are

StallZone (stallzone.in) is operated by Lavandula Technologies Private Limited, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. By using StallZone you agree to these terms.

2. What StallZone is (and isn't)

StallZone is a marketplace that lists exhibitions, expos and similar events, and connects exhibitors with event organisers through enquiries. StallZone is not the organiser of listed events and is not a party to any stall booking, payment, or agreement between an exhibitor and an organiser. Stall allocation, pricing, payment terms, and event delivery are agreed directly between exhibitor and organiser.

3. For exhibitors

• Sending an enquiry is free and does not by itself reserve a stall. A booking exists only when the organiser confirms it to you.
• Provide accurate contact and business details in your enquiry — they are shared with the organiser to process your request.
• Verify event details (dates, venue, pricing) with the organiser before paying any amount. Pay organisers only through channels they officially confirm.

4. For organisers

• Listing is currently free. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — event dates, venue, stall inventory, pricing, and any changes.
• You must hold the rights and permissions needed to run the event you list.
• Misleading listings, fake events, or misuse of exhibitor contact details are grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no scraping at scale, no posting unlawful or misleading content, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no using contact details obtained through StallZone for unrelated marketing.

6. Content and intellectual property

Listings remain the organiser's content; by publishing on StallZone the organiser grants us a licence to display and promote the listing. The StallZone name, logo, and platform are the property of Lavandula Technologies Private Limited.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavandula Technologies Private Limited is not liable for losses arising from dealings between exhibitors and organisers — including event cancellations, changes, payment disputes, or the conduct of either party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms (the effective date above will change) and may suspend accounts or listings that break them. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
