Who we are

StallZone (stallzone.in) is operated by Lavandula Technologies Private Limited, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India ("StallZone", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use StallZone, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Enquiry and booking details. When you send a stall enquiry or booking request, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, business or brand name, and the stall/event you are interested in.
• Organiser listing details. When you list an event, we collect your organisation's name, contact details, and the event information you publish.
• Account information. If you sign in as an organiser or exhibitor, we store your login identifier and profile details using Google Firebase Authentication.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location, interaction patterns). These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and may record anonymised interaction replays.
• Locally stored preferences. Some conveniences (like saved events or remembered enquiry details) are stored in your own browser's local storage and are not transmitted to us.

How we use your information

• To connect exhibitors with event organisers — the core service. When you send an enquiry, we share the details you provided with the relevant event organiser (and/or contact you ourselves on WhatsApp or phone) so the booking can proceed.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To send service updates related to your enquiry or listing. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your details with anyone other than the organiser/exhibitor your enquiry concerns, our service providers below, or where the law requires.

Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics). Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention

Enquiry and listing records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain a history of bookings. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us at business@lavandula.in or +91 78712 30931 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies only for analytics and for keeping you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core browsing and enquiry features continue to work.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
